What I ate, 10/29/14

One of my main goals is to eat healthier. So I’m going to record all my meals. Sounds fun, yes?

Breakfast: My Man made us spinach and tomato omelets, bacon, roasted sweet potatoes, and tea.

Snack at work: tea, Fiber One Coconut Almond bar. I’m really trying to cut out processed food. But these things are delicious and curb that sugar craving.

Lunch: homemade chicken corn chowder.

Pre dinner treat: rum and (caffeine free) diet coke

Dinner: Buffalo Chicken Pasta, from PaleOMG. First time making this recipe, it was really good.

Post dinner treat: MM and I split a Caramello. Kicking the sugar habit is not going well.
